What is this

Bouncing, tumbling, tap-dancing

Cheer?

Clanging, crashing, hooting n’ hollering

The floor is shaking,

Reverberating to this new beat.

It’s rushing up from my belly

Moving up to my chest

Pressure, pushing, surging now.

Overwhelming is the force

As it breeches my lips

And my smile encompasses my face.

Inequities, fears, struggles

All washed away

Covering me now

Is a fountain of life

Of Blessed water

Erupting like crystal from a mountain top

Falling, exploding

shattering into millions

More to be shared.

This inconceivable Joy.
